We are a group of grad students looking for housemates! 2 floors with a large kitchen and living space. We have one larger bedroom and one smaller bedroom available. The house also has a back yard, coin operated laundry, and two parking spaces. Common areas have hard wood floors and bedrooms have new carpet.Overall rent is $xxxx/month, divided either 4 or 5 ways.
